Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and carrier availability. For domestic shipments, expect delivery within 5–10 business days after processing. International orders may require 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0–$60.
Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more (up to $9,999).

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to remote areas, conflict zones, or jurisdictions with trade restrictions. During checkout, enter your address to confirm eligibility. For unsupported destinations, consider using a freight-forwarding service—though additional fees and import rules will apply.
Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customs & Import Duties

These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local regulations. We declare all packages at their full value and cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid fees.
